Questions migrated from other SE sites are sometimes tagged cms. As drupal.SE is about Drupal, which a CMS, that tag should be blocked.

Block the "drupal" tag
On a site about Drupal, drupal doesn't have any meaning.
The tag is used on SO questions, but when the question is migrated on drupal.SE, it should be removed.
